It is a known fact that old beds are highly durable and they can last for years. By years, we mean that a bed purchased by someone decades ago will be used by their grandchildren as well. The durability of old beds makes it hard for a new bed to find its place in their lives. That is why people refrain from buying new one when the old one is working fine.

 

THEY HAVE FAITH IN THEIR OLD BEDS

Back in the old days, people had to work extremely hard to be able to afford a bed which is of supreme quality. The story is still the same, but many people believe the quality of beds in today’s world has deteriorated. Old beds had a great quality and that is why people have faith in their old beds that they will last for another ten years. They have faith in their beds because their beds were made with sheer dedication and perfection.

EMOTIONAL CONNECTION WITH THE OLD BED

As mentioned earlier, people spend their entire lives to be able to afford a bed and that establishes an emotional connection with their old bed. They find it extremely hard to let go of their old beds and get themselves new one because of this simple reason.

THE PRICE OF A NEW BED IS TOO HIGH

One can get a cheap new bed, but the issue will be that the new bed will not last for a long time. So it is best to purchase an expensive bed, but buy one which has a great build quality.

The average life of most of the beds is 6 years, hence it is advisable to change your beds after every 6 years or 8 years at maximum.
